Dr. Tasos Kounoudes is the Founder and CEO of SignalGeneriX, and currently serves as President of the Cyprus Association of Research & Innovation Enterprises (CARIE) and the Cyprus Defence Cluster. He holds a PhD in Digital Signal Processing from Imperial College London and brings over 25 years of experience in the design and development of innovative electronic products for dual-use applications. He is also a Member of the Cyprus Defence Industry Council, and serves on several boards of directors, including the European Association of Research & Technology Organisations (EARTO) and the Limassol Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Recognised as Entrepreneur of the Year by both Imperial College London and the European Business Awards, Dr. Kounoudes has led SignalGeneriX to multiple international acknowledgments, including the Army Technology Excellence Award, the Lloyd’s List Global Innovation Award, and a place on Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50 list as one of the fastest-growing technology companies in Cyprus and the Middle East.
