Dr. Constantinos Kombos

Minister of Foreign Affairs, Republic of Cyprus

Constantinos Kombos (b. 1976, Limassol) has been assumed duties as Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cyprus since 1st March 2023. He holds an LLM in European Union Law from the University of Cambridge and a PhD in European Constitutional Law from the University of Hull. He previously served as Chair of the Law Department at the University of Cyprus and has an extensive academic record in national and European constitutional law, authoring six books and numerous scholarly publications. He has also been actively involved in public affairs, including participation in the negotiation process on the Cyprus issue (including Geneva I, Geneva II, and Crans-Montana).
