Archana Jahagirdar is the Founder and Managing Partner of Rukam Capital, an early-stage consumer-focused venture capital fund, and one of the few solo women General Partners in India’s VC ecosystem. A former journalist turned “accidental VC,” she combines storytelling with data-driven investing to champion Indian startups and purpose-led founders. She serves on the National Startup Advisory Committee (NSAC), plays a key role in initiatives like Startup Mahakumbh and New Delhi Slush’d, and represents India on global platforms including GITEX and Davos. A strong advocate for women in leadership, she also hosts Startup Table with AJ and actively works to build a more inclusive and impactful entrepreneurial ecosystem.
