Constantinos Sideris, born in Cyprus in 1959, is a Chemical Engineering graduate of Cambridge University and holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. With over four decades of experience in the plastics industry, he has held senior leadership roles internationally before returning to Cyprus in 2000 to lead the family business, M. Sideris & Son Ltd. He later founded CYPET Technologies Ltd, pioneering and patenting an innovative PET bottle production process. Since going commercial in 2014, CYPET has sold machines in 15 countries across five continents, secured multiple patents, and earned recognition for innovation, including a prestigious Cyprus Innovation Award.
